Product Information

Flexible Film Cassettes proven durability results in longer life and lower whole life cost. The innovative design features incorporated into these cassettes make them both easier and faster to use in the field.

Flexible Film Cassettes are manufactured in the United Kingdom and produced from specially-formulated materials to ensure light-tightness, flexibility and durability. These cassettes feature a VELCRO® Brand fastening light seal.  The cassette’s materials properties and innovative design features ensures that they cover the majority of operating environments.

Standard Cassettes are manufactured from highly flexible black light proof 400 micron PVC material and feature a finger tab at the bottom to assist holding for easier and quicker loading in the darkroom.

The Reinforced Cassettes are manufactured from specially formulated PVC / Nylon / PVC laminated black lightproof material, the Nylon reinforcement mesh reduces the tendency of the PVC to split at the seams whilst the PVC retains the flexibility of the Cassette in cold conditions.

Heavy Duty cassettes are manufactured in double thickness material consisting of an internal layer of 400 micron black PVC and an external reinforced layer of PVC / Nylon / PVC laminate. This combination produces a cassette capable of withstanding tough conditions at normal temperatures.

Single Seam cassettes are constructed from specially formulated, heavy duty , nylon reinforced PVC. They are coloured black on the inside for light tightness and yellow on the outside for easy recognition.

These cassettes are manufactured without side seams, this innovative design combined with specially formulated materials and high quality manufacturing techniques means that they are made to outlast any other type of flexible cassette.

Double Envelope Cassettes are manufactured from our light tight flexible 400 micron black PVC material, the main advantage the construction of this cassette provides is that they lie perfectly flat , having no fold over ends or VELCRO® Brand fasten
