The ELOTEST PL600

A digital eddy current test instrument which leaves no wish unfulfilled. A flexible software system allows components to be inserted which are customised for each application, so that the operation can be carried out quickly and reliably. A licensing system allows you to match the performance of the device to the task and makes it a safe investment at an affordable entry price. A sound concept for replacement parts and service reduces operating and maintenance costs and enables maximum availability.

Eddy current tests on long products and semi-finished products

The eddy current test instrument ELOTEST PL600 is a universal, user friendly and modular instrument of the most recent generation.
In total, in the ELOTEST PL 600 there are 16 slots available for channel boards and for communication modules. For the different tests by rotor or by encircling test coil, or for material sorting and
structure tests, always the same channel modules are used. This circumstance considerably simplifies spare parts stocking.

The ELOTEST PL600 is also available in two remote versions – each one in the 19“ and in the 9.5“ housing.
Internally, every test channel disposes of 2 parallel evaluation channels. Thus, e. g., on rotors, the electronic distance compensation and the test can be carried out on the same channel board. e.g., distance compensation does not require a separate hardware channel.
