MAGNAFLUX® WA-1 is a water conditioner that combines a blend of wetting agents with enhanced corrosion inhibitors to condition the water of ink baths.

Main features:

• Excellent wetting characteristics.
• Rapid dispersion in water baths – superior to powdered conditioners.
• Aids dispersion of magnetic particles.
• Superior short-term corrosion inhibition.

WA-1 is composed of liquid non-ionic surface active agents and corrosion inhibitors.

General Method of Use

Add the product to water while stirring. Avoid using excessive amounts as heavy foaming can occur.

Add magnetic particles and stir until particles are dispersed. Before use, check the settlement volume.
