The NeoVU-2 is compact, efficient and robust.

So tough you can literally stand on its lightweight body and it will not break making it ideal for heavy handed users and for use in even the harshest NDT environments. With a quick warm up time and stable 365nm output this unit is ideal for a huge array of MPI and DPI applications. The NeoVU-2 uses unique UV LED bulbs which screw into a standard E27 fitting.

Main features:

Meets the requirements of magnetic particle standard ISO 9934 and liquid penetrant inspection standard ISO 3452.

Uniform circular beam profiles with a warmup period of less than 30 seconds.

Battery powered 12v DC version also available which includes a pouch for the waist worn battery.

Features integrated cooling so UV output stability is maintained regardless of operating period or working environment.

Robust unit an withstand the day to day use in standard NDT engineering environments.

Lamp handle features a mounting hole so the NeoVU-2 can be readily mounted on a work bench.

Low power consumption giving noticeable energy savings in the long run compared to older discharge type units.

All units are individually serialised and supplied with certificate of conformity as standard which includes a peak irradiance measurement.
