The IS-199 Automixer is the ultimate automatic x-ray chemical mixer. The specific gravity control, produces a consistent mix each and every time.

Main features:

The IS-199 Automixer incorporates a unique combination of features which make it the most popular mixer of its type on the market. The specific gravity mixing system allows the user to start a mix at any time. The mixer responds to the addition of concentrated chemicals and adds the correct amount of water automatically.

All electric components have been chosen for dependability. Straight-forward circuit designs eliminate the need for circuit boards thereby increasing reliability. The low level is 2.0 gallons or less. The warning system resets automatically when the user begins a 5- or 10-gallon mix.

Operating Instructions:

Initial Start-up

Prime mixer by adding approximately 4.5 Litres of water to both the Developer and the Fixer mixing tanks – (This is only necessary for initial start-up. Instruction for normal operation may now be followed)

To Make A Mix

  1. Make sure mixer is plugged in and water is turned on.
  2. Remove caps from bottles and push down firmly on knives
  3. Check to see that all bottles have been pierced and are draining. If not, press bottles down more firmly to pierce bottle seal.

The mixer will do the rest automatically.

Low Level Warning System

Low Level Indicator Lamp and Audible Alarm activate when the solution level falls to 2.0 Gallons (9 Litres) or less

Indicator Lamp on left is for Developer

Indicator Lamp on right is for Fixer

The Warning System will reset itself once a mix is started.
