B103C Black Magnetic Ink
الوصف
B103C Properties
B103C is a black magnetic developer used for detecting surface defects on ferromagnetic parts. This product has high sensitivity, is very fine and can be used with all magnetic generators.
Directions for use
It is recommended to remove any paint, oxide, welding flux, etc. from the part to be examined, as such traces are likely to produce false indications, and to degrease the part carefully.
Prior application of the B103C, the application of a contrast aid paint is strongly recommended. The contrast with the developer shall then be enhanced significantly, causing reading to be easier and detection to be safer.
Once the contrast aid paint is dry, shake the B103C can vigorously. Then, spray the B103C on the area to be examined during magnetization. Let magnetization on for 1to 2 seconds after the spray stops, in order for the particles to come into place properly. Inspection should be done under an ordinary white light with a sufficient level (500 lux minimum recommended or 1000 lux, depending on applicable specifications).
